It's Friday, and here's a Friday Hamilton. I thought it looked appropriate with my old calabash pictured with a copy of the first page of "The Story of the Man with the Watches," from the Strand Magazine, July 1898, taken from my copy of "The World Bibliography of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson." Nope, the snippet doesn't give a clue how the rest of the story evolved, except I'll bet pocket watches were involved. But I am sure the solution was elementary - to Holmes, anyway.........
