Buying a omega at T3 , tax or no tax

I have ordered a lady date just that I pick from T3 before flying to dubai,I realise I'm liable for at least 20% plus 4.5% when I return!Is that on the full value ?It just doesn't seem worth it now........

Bought two of these wathces one in the brown tonesand the other in the purple.I have yet to wear them and not have someone ask me where I had bought them. They truly are beautiful.
