Took the PLUNGE
I too have now joined the ranks of SMP owners. I just purchased the 2252.50. I choose it because the 2254.50 looked HUGE on my wrist. I'm expecting delivery any day. My jeweler told me that between the time I was quoted a price and the time the watch was ordered there was a price increase. The wouldn't tell how much it increased and did not pass the increase on to me. Does any know how much the Omega increase was? Also I read where the 2008 version of said watch may have upgraded works. ........
Question about Gerald Genta's design input
Was Gerald Genta involved in designing the Aquanaut as well as the Nautilus?For the more recent and updated versions of those watches, was he still involved in any way - or did Patek just take his original design and re-work it without any input from him?
