Question about a Hamilton womens watch (Marrietta?)

Since I am not an expert for womens watches I could not answer completely the question of a German member at one of "our" boards there. Maybe some of you can help and teach us more about it. Casing a Bulova 17AH in a 44mm pilot case

I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried to case this movement in a 44mm case, I had laying around and it fit in the case plus the stem. I was wondering about a dial.
