woke up so lazy this morning, ...borrow my son's seiko 5 sport watch ,,, can't believe it, as it does set up my mood today for exercise..45 minutes on treadmill and another 30 minutes swimming..! !.. now i believe that the watch we are wearing can set up our mood..
