Dad left me his Seiko Sportsmatic 7625-8233 before he passed and it's being refurbished by Danny Candelaria in Phoenix.Newb question: While I know the watch is waterproof, I'm wondering how it's wound. Shake it a few times and go? Any details on the operation of the watch would be helpful, and much appreciated. I looked online but found repair manuals only.Thanks!........

Omega 14391-61, Really good!

Comfortable to wear and the extenders allow it to be worn as a loose bracelet or tighter to the wrist. I can read the time without my glasses. I like the subtle colors and the smooth feel of the stones.
