Help Removing Benrus movement

Hi all,I am new to this forum and vintage watches in general. I recently purchased a Benrus watch and would like to open it up to take a look at it. It is a Benrus 3 star watch and the back plate says "#3021 series-open thru crystal". Any advice would be great.
