I was hoping someone on this forum could supply some information on this watch, other than what is obvious. I know it is a presentation watch from the office of Admiral Soong Chang-Chih of the Republic of China. He was, among many things, Commander-in-Chief, Navy 1970-1976, Chief of the Gen.
