Speedy - new vs old

Hi guys, I'm debating this right now. First, I love tritium and patina, but yet I'm finding I'm not very tolerant of watches in poor condition. I just sold my sapphire sandwich speedy, with the intent of searching for a Speedy with a hesalite crystal and tritium dial. Then yesterday, I got an older omega and was unhappy with a stretched bracelet and beat up case. I love the IDEA of vintage, but I'm not sure I have the patinece for the potential condition issues. Anybody else ever struggled with........

I really love the Watchadoos

This is the Tressa Giant Quartz with it's original bracelet, 70's design, too plain and flat to my taste...And this is the new Tressa Giant Quartz, with the Watchadoo polished/brushed 20mm wide combo, I love it, it brings the watch back to this era Only flaw I found is that the link removal, is to be very very careful, as the bracelet has 5 separated pieces in each link, and as the friction pins were very tight, I bent the inner connector of the link (the one that hold the 5 pieces together) and........
