Citizen Eco Drive Stop Watch Hand Out of Alignment...
O.K. not sure if this makes sense. I've got a Citizen Eco Drive tank watch, 3 dial chronograph. The hand that looks like the sweep hand, is actually the stop watch hand, and is at rest when the stop watch function isn't being used. When I bought the watch, it lined up perfectly at 12 when at rest. I didn't use the watch for a while, and I actually left it in a window to charge for days at a time.
