1970's Omega Geneve Dynamic Bracelet Help
Hello All,I recently bought my first Omega, a Geneve Dynamic from the International Collection. According to the Omega database, it was from 1971-72. Its funky and just a little different from a traditional watch. Im really happy with it.The only problem is I want a steel bracelet, instead of the leather band it came with. It also needs a 20mm bracelet and that greatly reduces the pool. I think the traditional Omega bracelet, is too traditional. I want something on the chunky side and id........

Have you ever wondered how much the materials cost in a high end watch...as a percentage of its price?This came up after I noticed that watches with solid gold alloy cases are FAR more expensive by thousands of dollars...in spite of the fact that the actual gold content might only be an additional $800.00.Strangely enough, there don't seem to be any solid brass cases available. An alloy of 74% Copper, 25% Zinc and 1% Tin would have a gold like colour and some corrosion resistance.........
