Need help identifying old Longines watch.

I've searched everywhere and can't get any information on this watch. The Numbers are all in the pictures. On the movement itself it is 4835448 and on the back of the inside case it is 7349954 and underneath that it says 11 88. If anyone could tell me more about this watch I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you........
