My New Foster Watches .........

Got a bunch of Watches lately ......and this one is one of my favorites......a Benrus .......the case looks better in person .....and with it for a total of $4.68 for the 2 ..is an interesting looking watch from the USSR ....16 jewels ....neither watch works, the crowns won't turn .....so off to my watch guy they go......but the Russian one is more interesting than I thought it would be ....it has a dial like the Bulova (1959) that was my favorite watch and a lady at the last antique show I did ........

Quartz: Fix it or trash it?

Another cheap eBay find. This one came in a lot of 4. Unfortunately, it doesn't work and this was the one of the 4 I really wanted.I put in a new battery thinking that's all it needed and no go. However, when I removed the back I noticed it had a jeweled movement. Of all the quartz watches I have, I've never seen a jeweled quartz movement.
