daytona YG.jpgI had time to kill while waiting for my wife to complete some shopping and went to our local omega AD to "browse". I had interest in a Daytona, and wanted to see it and try one on. Surprisingly, the AD had a Stainless Steel, and (Oh, Oh!) the Daytona in Yellow Gold. I tried on bothboth are exquisite to say the least.but the yellow gold just "screamed" at me! It is amazing how much different the Daytona is in person, and on your wrist...pictures do not do it justice.Now what.the ........
Why do you collect/buy watches?
I'm not certain I have an answer for this.I like the micro-machinery, but I don't work on them - like I used to do with my cars & bikes. And I'm not convinced I see any given watch as an extension of my personality.So frankly, I'm baffled by my love for watches.........
