New omega at AD is 9 Years Old! Stay Away?

I have an offer for a new P series ladies Datejust from my AD. They obviously were unable to move it for a very long time. It is new never sold and has the warranty etc. omega authorized them to put it in their estate case and discount it 30% - but again with all rights and privileges of a new watch. I was considering it for my wife before I realized just how old it really is.My thoughts:MSRP has gone up more than 30% in that timeframe so it is actually higher than that very exact watch was ........

Just excellent. Size, weight, face, hands, Just right. The days can be displayed in spanish. Down side: Watch was 3 bucks cheaper the day after I ordered it. Thanks Croton for a fine duct.
