OK, we all love omega in this forum - that much is a given. And the title of this thread sounds like I'm suggesting that omega is "broken" and that suggestion is highly debatable - I'm not really interested in having the debate. Assume instead for a moment that omega is at something of a crossroad - their market has changed dramatically in less than 24 months due to the economy, they have a new leader at the helm, and quite possibly a big gaping hole in the Wilsdorf Foundation trust fund court........
New Hamilton Tech Q
I just got my latest new Hamilton. It is a Hamilton Khaki field Mechanical 40mm case with a 2804 manual wind movement. I think it's the hand wind version of the 2824 automatic.I got the watch in the mail yesterday and the temperature was about -5 degrees outside. I think it sat at my door for at least two hours and who knows what temp it was on the truck. I let the watch warm up in the house for about four hours and decided to give it a go by winding it all the way up. To my surprise it did noth........
