How good is Hardlex?

I just ordered a Seiko that has a Hardlex crystal. It's basically a dress watch - the one in my other post "Is there a difference...", but with a leather band. This one showed a photo of the hangtag which stated Hardlex, and a photo of the back of the watch which did not say sapphire crystal.Anyway, since I was going to put a leather band on it anyway, I figured I'd order it for $99, even though I knew I wasn't getting sapphire, but I might if I ordered one on a stainless bracelet. Maybe they........

Cartier Movement Question

More recently Cartier have produced thier new Tank with a completely in-house movement.Does anyone suspect or know if they will roll this out with the other models in thier line, i.e. Santos etc?........
