Servicing an IWC From Grey Market?
A few years ago I purchased an IWC Portofino from an internet dealer. I'm pretty sure it's genuine. I was even able to register with IWC using the case number on the watch. Well it's been a few years and it's starting to run consistently behind by a few seconds a day. The local AD told me that they can send it to IWC for servicing. Do you think IWC would work on it even though it's a grey market? Also about a couple of years after I got the watch, I dropped it and it was really not keeping........
