Urgent Help Needed Lorus Watch

Please excuse my fumblings, I have an old Lorus watch RFK016 Y588-5120, I have been told by Lorus UK that it is obsolete so will not fix. The winder is broken off in the workings although the watch does work. Can anyone please help me get hold of a mechanism as this watch is of great sentimental value to me. I love this watch. It is very classy looking. I have an 8 wrist and it fit perfectly. If you have a er wrist you will need to have some links removed. Would buy this watch again and perhaps as a gift for a family member.
