chronograph needles Hamilton

Hello my name is Christian and I'm from Holland so sorry for my bad English! I've got the Hamilton Jazzmaster Auto Chrono H32616553I like to know if there is a possibility to let the chrono dials stay at the begin (12 O''clock) position. Now the 3 dials (needles) from the chronograph are constant moving.I can reset them to the top position but when a minute has past the top dial is moving one minute to the right again. So is it possible to let the 3 chronograph dials(pointers) point at 12 o cloc........
