Breitling Ocean Classic Bracelet Problem

I recently lost a bit of weight and as a result needed to remove a couple of links from the bracelet of my Superocean Heritage 46. A few days later I noticed a small gap in a portion of the bracelet where the removable links attach to the bracelet.
