Some of my vintage Hamiltons -- tonneau-shaped
I guess for wont of another classification scheme, I will concentrate on case shapes in presenting my collection.Here are those which are tonneau-shaped.First, a Barrel with plain bezel, in solid green 14K (Fahys case), ca. 1927.The Tonneau, first example also in green 14K, with engraved bezel; second in white gold fill with plain bezel (and with enamel-printed dial). Both ca. 1927-30 or so. N.B. that although this model was called the Tonneau, it is the one here which is actually not barrel-sha........
