Bulova"President" with 7AP movement

Looking to have this one repaired at some point in the future, I believe it's called the President model. It was found in a local Antiques cooperative, the case has no wear through nor deep scratches, the movement is running but the winding action is broken and it is missing the crystal. The dial is not in great shape but I can live with it as is. Are there any vintage Bulova members who can tell me about this watch?
