omega service through Torneau
I recently brought my Explorer II into Torneau to send it out for a full service with omega. I assumed and was told that the watch would be serviced by omega themselves, and that it would take about 8 weeks. To make a long story short, I got the watch back in about three weeks and was very unhappy to find out that omega did not do the service, it was done by Torneau, and that the watch looks horrible because they polished the bezel and made it look fake, because the bezel should look brushed!!........
