omega Storage

I have two omega Djs and only wear one regularly, i dont have a winder box, my question is does it harm the watch in any way to have it stored away NOT MOVING for months at a time or is it better to store it long term in a winder where it is ALWAYS moving?........

Ulysse Nardin 246-00/42, Really good!

I wanted this watch to make a statement on my wrist because of wearing summer short sleeves. It does. It's very pretty and easy to read. But it is so wide it's irritating the skin on my wrist. I'm sorry to have to return it.
