Does my omega need help?

Greetings all. I have a new (purchased about one month ago) Submariner Date which I love, but I have noticed a problem. First two weeks, no problems, kept perfect time. I left it off for a weekend and it was dead on Monday morning. No problem, gave the crown about 50 turns, and it ran fine. But several times over the last two weeks, I have noticed that it has stopped, or worse, it has run SLOW! My pattern has been to put it on around 7:30 AM, remove it after getting home, around 5, wear it again........

This is my second version of this watch that I have purchased. It's a great size for a shorter person and it still looks in style large on the wrist. Good value and a fun wardrobe addition!
