Has anyone removed a link from their watch? And if so, is it a relatively painless proces? Looking at the bracelet, I see the countersunk flat head screw, and I assume a flathead will be able to unscrew it. Is that a safe assumption? Or is it torqued in any way? Or should I just go to an AD and have them do it? (How much would that be?)........

Vacheron Constantin 49150/B01R-9454, Really good!

I gave this watch to my teen for Valentine's Day. She gushed over it but by day three the back had fallen off. It was simple to screw back on but took us by surprise. For the money, it's a nice little gift for a young person.
