Help a noob understand Seiko watches

Hey all. I'm looking for a Seiko watch...perhaps this model. A relatively simple but nice looking watch. The question I have about Seiko watches in this price range is the movement. I've poked around a bunch of sites looking to find out what the movement is in this watch and can't find it. I can't even tell if it's battery powered. I guess I just don't know where to look.
