Newbie Question: omega ever have a battery watch?

I am new here, found a two dollar ladies stainless steel watch (ebay), popped in battery and works excellent. probably a fake from the 70s, but just wondering if omega ever made a battery watch. the face just says omega geneve quartz. small crystals for numbers. a lot of numbers inside the back case.I know a pic would help but i wanted the correct forum first. any help would be awesome! my jeweler cannot tell if this is a fake. really small town here.........
