How hard is it to change the insert on the "old" GMT-II?The one I just bought "M serial" is the coke, but if it's easy to change, I wouldn't mind going pepsi for a few months, then back.Are they glued on or are they loose when the bezel is removed?Is it easy to do yourself or just have an AD do it?Thanks........
