Sword hands swap?

I love my new 2220.80 but I really like those sword hands. I have seen posts here showing photos of swords where skeletons used to creep but I can't find any post about the actual replacement.How do have the hands replaced and where?........

I just ordered a Khaki Field King Quartz with a metallic green dial on a tan strap that I think is what is called a NATO strap. I haven't seen one in person, but the price seemed too good to pass up - $136.50 new. Breitling A13320, Really good!

This watch generally is a good value. One odd thing about it is the movement. The second had moves continuously--it does not tick off seconds at each second mark., which takes a little getting used to. Otherwise looks great.
