question about atomic timekeeping

Does Atomic timekeeping keep the date correct, even on the watches that only display the day of month? For example, my current watch (Timex) has the day of month window at the 3-o'clock, but I have to adjust it at the first of most every month.I am looking to upgrade to a better model, but do not want to have to adjust the date at the end of every month like I do my Timex.I would like to get a Luminox Dive watch, but they have the date window without atomic timekeeping and I am afraid that mode........

A very nice looking watch, but quite uncomfortable to wear. The band tightens on the wrist and becomes painful within a few hours.
