JFK and Hamilton?

I know that JFK was presented with a Hamilton watch that had his kids' faces on the dial, but I think I read here once that JFK wore a Viewmatic as his daily watch? The Viewmatic is a modern model and I have never seen a photo of JFK wearing a watch other than his Omega at innagauration. Does anyone here know for sure if he really did wear a Hamilton? I'm sure the Hamilton presentation was well regarded but I can't see the President wearing it daily. Thanks for any insight!........

After 3 weeks on my wrist, the band broke from the base. I found it lying in my bed where it must of broke of during the night. Certainly doesn't stand up to an active lifestyle.

It was a present for my boyfriend. He loves it, not too heavy and a nice working watch. Unlike some less expensive watches the date marker does work too. Good watch for the price. He's happy with it and that's all that matters.
