Why doesn't the 16710 have a quickset setting?

Hi,Ok GMT experts, the 16710 has an updated movement from the 16750, yet the 16750 has a quickset setting, while the more modern 16710 does not. I'm confused.....Can you explain this GMT conundrum? Ryan........

hi guys,This is my first post. I just recently bought an x-wind from an AD here in the Philippines, the black dial with the 2 silver sub dials with a rubber strap and I have a question. The reference number on the warranty booklet is H77616133. From the hamilton website, this model should have a steel bracelet. But, the watch I received has a rubber strap with the red stitching.
