extending bracelet

I have just purchased a used Raymond Weil watch. The bracelet is about 5mm to short. Raymond weil have quoted 48.00 for a link that adjoins the clasp. I don`t really want to pay that much. Is there such a thing as an extension link or are there standard sized after market links available. All opinions would be welcome. Thanks Jack........
