I ordered a SS patron membership a year ago. The private messages worked for 6 months and then suddenly stopped. After 3 months of no messenging, I reordered. Not only did it double charge my account, but now I have no private messenging capabilities again. I have emailed the mods about this with no response. I am out $30 and have nothing to say for it.
