Elgin wristwatch - 1889?

I didn't think they made wristwatches in 1889! Just pocket watches.Pick this up a few weeks ago on e-bay:I don't normally collect watches of this period and style, but I like the dial. I think it is porcelain and has yellowed with time. Also has a few hairline cracks visible in photo but can't really see them in person. Runs fine and keeps great time. Cost $84.12. Movement SN is 3575506 which dates it to 1889 according to the Elgin on-line datebase. Also says movement is grade "110", O size........

Need help with my Sector

I have a sector 210 (I believe); yellow rubber band, analog and digital. My problem is I can't get the analog hands to move!! I can rotate the crown to set the time but they don't move. Is there something special I need to do? It has the crown and a black button above the crown, below it and to the bottom left........
