Rik,I try to be frugal (cheap?) by buying older watches from AD's to get a better discount. Does this mean I should service the watch sooner than I would have if the watch was more recently made. Do the oils change from age and non-use if the watch has been stored in a vault or display case? It seems like the oils might thicken with age or migrate to one area of the watch, leaving other areas unlubricated. Since we have already establshed I am cheap, I don't want to service watches more than ........
