A lot brands seem to be doing it, even updating watch models to have a display back where previously it was solid.It would appear, from what I read, this is because it is popular for most customers. Am I among the apparent minoritY that prefers solid casebacks (preferably nicely engraved)?People might say why hide away a beautiful movement?
