How big is the GV
I'm toying with the idea of getting one later on this summer. I cannot figure out yet ou big or small the watch is.no matter what number says. I have a 16600 right now that feel and look perfect even if little bulky. I owned a DJ bought in 2001. So....is the GV something between the SD/SUB and the DJ ?? Some ugly pics you see around the web show an incredible big case with a very skinny bracelet...is the watch well proportioned ???........
Project Watch Club - The Hamilton Brent (repost from GDF)
Again, a repost concerning my Hamilton Brent-B from the General Discussion Forum. Thought there may be interest here for obvious reasons... Enjoy!BYou may have seen my recent post about a watch I refinished for my boss (Hamilton Paige). As mentioned in that post, it was a lot of fun to see a neglected and non-working watch turn into something special. Also noted in that post was another project watch completed at the same time - a Hamilton Brent-B (1952).It is no secret, I am a Hamilton guy.........
