Too Dark

Hi I bought an Invicta F0068. It looked real stealth. The trouble is I can only read it in bright light. The Vostok NH35A 5107171 uses the same movement and has bright red hands. Does any one know if a watch tech can replace the Invicta hands with something more readable. Thanks!........
