Problem with display back on my Omega 2254.50

Some of you may recall that I installed a Thomas Preik display back on my Explorer II. There was no problem with it other than it changed the way the watch sat on my wrist. It was not as comfortable as the original. And as the omega movements are not as nicely finished as most other watches, I sold the back and restored the original steel back.With the money from the sale, I ordered another display back from Thomas for my 2254.50 SMP. In error, he sent a back for a mid-size SMP. I notified ........

The watch was a beautiful watch in design, however, after wearing it a couple of days the inside of the bracelet began to pit and discolor.

I got this watch for christmas from my mother and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect size, and it's totally feminine. I wear it everyday and I'm glad I got it.
