Some flaws on my PAM 236
Hi all!After hard thinking i decided to buy a used PAM 236. I got it this week. And happiness was total. But I have discovered two things about the watch.First, the crystal is a bit skew. It seems tighter to the crown at 12 o'clock than at 6 o'clock. Im attaching a pic where I marked it. Can this affect the function of the watch, like water proofness or anything else? Upside to letting auto's wind out?
Does anyone here ever let their auto's wind completely out? I'm just curious 'cause I'm having problems with mine again, (the Guess from my sig) where it sometimes will stop for a few hours or sometimes end up a few minutes behind, for no apparent reason . I have dropped it in the past, and tapped it off the occasional doorknob/wall.A while back I let it wind completely out and rewound it to full and it was dead on (+4 seconds/day, iirc ), and it was perfect for a few weeks and now it's starting........
