• Broken Citizen Blue Angels watch?

  I have a Citizen Blue Angel watch that is not working correctly. The hour hand will not set/move and stays at the 12 o'clock position no matter what. All other functions seem to work. Any idea what is wrong?........

  We bought a rather old house and while cleaning out the garage we found a pocket watch in a drawer and was wondering if its worth hanging on to or if it's just junk and could be tossed out.
