• An introduction and a question...

  This is my first post here. I have worn Seiko 5 watches for a while now and although I have been fairly happy with them, I've been searching for something better, but still affordable and came across this forum. I post in a clothing forum and was told this is the place to come.I have been looking over the Hamilton Khaki watches (King and Field) and am interested in where you would recommend I go........

• Movado 12 O'Clock

  My Wife's Movado 87 A1 845 suddenly had its gold dot come loose from the 12 o'clock position. It is rolling around inside the crystal. Guess the epoxy or whatever adhesive they used failed. Is this something a watchmaker could fix, removing the crystal and readhering the gold dot? Any idea what a fair price would be for this type of repair? thx.........

• NEED HELP PLEASE recently found watch

  i found this watch today in my basement it says georges favre lacot le locle mark iva on the face i know its really old but i havent a clue about watches just trying to get an idea what something like this would be worth (in american dollars) i have pics and will post shortly after a couple of responses........
