• What's a good scuba watch for <100

  What's a good scuba/light underwater exposure watch for under $100? I thought my Citizen was good until I went into the ocean with it and the bezel seized, I'm still confused what "water resistant" means anyway. The Citizen stated 200m. I'm thinking some kind of Invicta or something along those lines.Thanks!........
