• Keeping Scratches At Bay

  I am starting to acquire the obligatory minor scuffs and scratches on the bracelet of my new Chrono Diver. As most of you know, the large untextured clasp in particular is a real magnet for them. I had heard that the green Scotch Bite pads is ideal to touch these up, but I'd like confirmation that it's true, and a little info on the best method, please. • My 1939 Bulova watch

  According to the Complete Guide to Watches by Cooksey Shugart this watch is a 1939 diamond dial with a platinum case. I can not find any other information other then a picture from the book and the date. I have never seen another of it's kind. This watch went to Germany in WWII with my father and hasn't run since. I am having it restored now. Does anyone know any other information about my watch........
