• Help me ID my new purchase

  I picked this Seamaster Deville up yesterday....the case/dial/crystal is in great shape, but it did not come with the original band or the buckle. So...I'm thinking I'll get this thing serviced, though it seems to run okay, and during that time, I'll find a suitable strap and a signed buckle.I don't want to open the case because I lack the correct tools, so I can't get the SN...can anyone help me........

• Anyone know of a good source for replacement watch hands?

  I just picked up a 1958 Chapman that's in need of serious TLC. It's missing the crystal as well as the minute hand and the dial has a serious case of dial rash from being unprotected. But I got the 770 movement working fine so once I get the dial refinished all I'll need is a set of hands to go on it.Does anyone know of a good source? I'm not sure what hole size they require either. I'm 99% su........
