  Purchased (yet to receive) a cal 283 Omega.I have always been drawn to these old, hand wound Omega's.I know virtually nothing about the 283, other than it's an iteration of the 30T.Any insight is appreciated.........

  Hello everyone,Has there ever been a stainless steel Date Just with a smooth (non-fluited) bezel, and black dial? If so, what model and year(s)?My reason for asking: During my childhood years, an uncle wore a Tudor DJ with black dial and smooth bezel. I really liked the looks of his watch, and am thinking about buying my first omega (pre-owned), with a black dial, date, smooth bezel, in stainless ........
