• New Staff for a Ladies Watch

  As a newby I am slowly learning how to repair watches. Up to now when I had a watch with a broken staff I looked for a donor movement and replaced the entire balance assembly. I thought I'd give a try at replacing the staff on a ladies Gruen 210 movement, and voila success after about 3 hours work. The finished job isn't real pretty, but it works. I used a staking tool to remove the balance and ........
